Facial Sculpting Services
Facial Sculpting consists of the precise use of Botox® Cosmetic and like products to relax muscles, as well as dermal fillers such as Juvederm® to restore lost volume in the face. This is done with the technical skills and knowledge of injecting, along with the artistic ability of an aesthetically-trained eye to create a more youthful appearance.
Botox® Cosmetic is a safe, fast and effective way to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by facial expressions on the forehead and around the eyes and lips. Botox Cosmetic® is an FDA approved injectable treatment derived from small doses of the botulinum toxin. Once underneath the skin, Botox® blocks the chemical signals that cause muscles to contract. When muscles can’t tighten, the skin flattens and appears smoother and less wrinkled.
Botox Cosmetic is not a replacement for dermal fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane in the treatment of deep static wrinkles. The two products are complementary and their simultaneous use results in a more smooth, relaxed and younger appearance.
Empower MedSpa uses dermal fillers to provide a smooth, natural look and feel so everyone will notice but no one will know! Juvéderm™ is a smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronic acid—a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration.
KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) injection is the first and only FDA-approved injectable treatment that is used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called, “double chin.”
How does KYBELLA® work?
When injected into the fat beneath your chin, KYBELLA® causes the destruction of fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store or accumulate fat. When injected properly, all other cells are left healthy and intact. So you can say, “Sayonara” to that selfie destructor underneath your jawline.
